The Remo Powerstroke 4 Clear bass drum head is the most powerful solution for drummers seeking a modern, aggressive kick sound with maximum definition. The construction of two plies of 7-mil Mylar ensures extreme stability and durability, while the integrated damping ring virtually eliminates unwanted overtones. The result is a deep, punchy low-end with very short sustain and precise attack. Compared to the coated version, the transparent surface delivers a significantly stronger “click”, making the head cut through optimally, especially in fast double-bass passages and loud bands. The included Impact Patch (Falam Slam) protects the striking surface and additionally enhances attack definition. Smaller bass drums in particular benefit from a surprisingly massive and modern sound profile.
