Once done, try the recovery function to check your progress.

There are 4 user profiles so multiple people can exercise and save their data on this great indoor bike. Use the profiles to enter data such as your age and weight and then receive personalised and more accurate feedback on your cycling. View all your live session data on the easy-to-read, multi-colour LCD console that provides continuous feedback so you can follow your time, distance, speed, calories burnt and more.

Exercise in comfort thanks to the ergonomic seat which is adjustable both vertically and horizontally and combines with the handlebars which can be adjusted too so you find the perfect riding position every time. Place your tablet on the tablet holder and pair it over Bluetooth to the bike to give you endless workout options via fitness apps such as Vescape and Kinomap.

The DKN AM-3i comes with a 2-year warranty, weighs 38kg (83.7lbs) and has a high maximum user weight of 150kg (330.7Ibs). It also has hand pulse sensors for measuring heart rate quickly, transport wheels and measures: L=98cm (38.6"), W=59cm (23.2"), H=148cm (58.3").
