Description

The Fujitora factory of Niigata Japan has produced what we consider to be the ultimate perfection in a blend of Japanese and European knife design. Tojiro Supreme knives, are made with the same blades as the leading Flash/Senkou series. These knives are made out of the finest Damascus steel wrapped around a VG-10 core to provide a very hard cutting edge (Rockwell 60-62). The handles are made from stainless steel, are hollow and weighted. There is also a special die cast bolster welded onto the handle of the knives, which provides a smooth touch and comfortable grip.
