Special double digipack dedicated to the music that maestro morricone has composed for the films by sergio leone. Themes that are part of the history of cinema and that have made sergio leone's films famous all over the world. Including music taken from: per un pugno di dollari, per qualche dollaro in piu', il buono il brutto il cattivo, c'era una volta il west, giu' la testa, c'era una volta in america. The compilation also includes some bonus themes taken from soundtracks that morricone wrote for other directors: Un sacco bello, bianco rosso e verdone, il mio nome e' nessuno, un genio due compari un pollo, il gatto, il giocattolo. This collection is completed with the music from the early movies directed by sergio leone (gli ultimi giorni di pompei and il colosso di rodi, written by angelo f. Lavagnino) and his last movie as producer/scriptwriter (troppo forte by antonello venditti). The cd will be presented during the next festival internazionale del cinema di roma.
