Specifically designed for peeling and slicing small fruits and vegetables, filleting small fish or deboning a chicken, the paring knife is both lightweight and manoeuvrable - great for intricate knifework. Made to an great quality, each Mac knife is made in Japan with many parts of the process still completed by skilled craftsmen. Hand wash only.
