The close shackle version conforms to BS EN 12320: class 6, the highest grade within the Central European Norm security standard, ensuring it is amongst the most secure padlocks available today. Precision crafted from a solid block of high grade hardened steel, weighing over 1.5kgs (3.3lbs), the Kasp 190 series padlock is a true heavy weight that will resist the most brutal of attacks. The rekeyable, drill resistant 6-pin cylinder featuring anti-pick pins is designed to resist intelligent picking and manipulation methods, whilst the 14mm hardened boron steel shackle is secured in the locked position by 2 ball bearings, universally accepted as one of the most secure locking mechanisms available.
