Adjust the height and angle of the footrest to ensure a comfortable position for guitar playing. 2. Place the footrest under the heel or under the chair to maintain the correct posture. 3. Use the rubberised feet to prevent the footrest from slipping and protect the floor. 4. The footrest can be folded for storage or transport. 5. Clean and maintain the footrest regularly to prolong its life.
