Description

The saucepan, which has a capacity of three liters, is very easy to use thanks to the long handle that always remains cold. Plus, it has a flared edge that prevents dripping when pour. The result is a saucepan suitable for cooking sauces, soups and other liquid foods. It is also often used for cooking small quantities of food and for reheating. The main feature of the saucepan is the SIGMA Classic layered bottom, consisting of two layers of cast iron and a sturdy aluminum core that stores heat very well and distributes it perfectly. This way can lower the intensity of the fire right from the start and save time. The magnetic stainless steel layer also allows to use it on induction hobs. The saucepan has a diameter of 20 cm and is part of the TWIN Classic collection which is made up of different pans, casseroles and pots. All these pots are distinguished by the elegance of the design and the fineness of the matte surface. The saucepan is easy to clean and scratch resistant and is dishwasher safe. In the practical ZWILLING casserole can heat food evenly and prepare delicious accompanying sauces.
