The ZWILLING pan with a diameter of 28 cm and a capacity of 8.5 liters is excellent for large families and for those who love hospitality. can use it for frying, braising and steaming food, but also to create delicious dishes such as goulash or a vegetarian stew. Thanks to the lid of the optimal size and high-tightness, will only need very little water to complete the cooking. The pot is part of the TWIN Classic collection by ZWILLING and therefore has a bottom in SIGMA Classic, composed of two layers of cast iron enclosed by an aluminum core. The aluminum distributes the heat to the outside, so that all the contents of the pot are cooked evenly.
