The rack fits directly onto the tire itself and is secured with heavy duty straps and ratchet buckles. The pannier rack can be adjusted to centralize the bikes on your vehicle, and the bike racks ensure safe transport of your bikes. Carries a maximum of 2 bicycles, the total weight of the bikes should not exceed 30 kg. Box Contains 1 x rack
