Product Description CoQ-10 exists in two chemical forms: reduced oxidized (ubiquinone) and (ubiquinol). Once an oxidized, CoQ-10 (ubiquinone) it is used in the body where it is transformed and converted to ubiquinol. Ingredients Softgel Capsule Shell: (gelatin (from bovine), vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil)), Olive Oil, Ubiquinol (as KanekaQH®) (reduced form of CoQ-10), Emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, Antioxidant: ascorbyl palmitate, Colours: (caramel, titanium dioxide). Directions As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) softgel up to two times daily, preferably at mealtime or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
