Description

To compensate for the damage caused by the drastically increased destroyers during the Pacific War, the Japanese Navy planned to build a Ding-class destroyer with a simplified structure. This is a pine plastic model kit completed in April by Showa 1 as the first ship. To shorten the process and save material, the properties of the Matsu destroyer Matsu of the thing class are modelled without reason, such as a simple hull of straight lines and levels, a bridge and a second chimney offset to starboard. The high-angle guns and numerous 19 mm triple machine guns equipped as the main guns convey the bitter battles at the end of World War II when the US military possessed air superiority
