Product Description Nurofen Express 200mg Liquid Capsules for oral use, swallow whole with water. Fast, effective pain relief with anti-inflammatory properties. Contains Ibuprofen. Nurofen Express 200mg Liquid Capsules for oral use, swallow whole with water. Ingredients Each Liquid Capsule contains: Ibuprofen 200mg, Includes Potassium, Sorbitol and E124, See leaflet for full list Directions For oral administration and short-term use only. Adults, the elderly and children aged 12 years and over: Swallow 1 or 2 capsules with water, up to three times a day as required. Do not chew capsules. Leave at least 4 hours between doses. Do not take more than 6 capsules in any 24 hours. Do not give to children under 12 years of age. If symptoms worsen or do not improve after 3 days for children and adolescents or after 10 days for adults then consult your doctor. Safety Warning Do not take if you: Have ever had a stomach or gastrointestinal ulcer, perforation or bleeding. Are allergic to ibuprofen (or anything else in this medicine), aspirin or other painkillers or have had a worsening of asthma, skin rash, itchy runny nose or facial swelling when taking ibuprofen, aspirin or similar medicines. Are taking other NSAID painkillers or aspirin with a daily dose above 75 mg. Are in the last 3 months of pregnancy. Have severe liver or kidney problems. Have heart problems, high blood pressure, blood coagulation disorder, breathing difficulties or are allergic to peanut or soya. Keep all medicines out of the reach and sight of children. Speak to a pharmacist/doctor before taking if you: Have or have had asthma, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, a stroke, heart attack or have heart, liver, kidney or bowel problems. Have a history of gastrointestinal disease or have systemic lupus erythematosus. Are a smoker. Are pregnant. Warning: Do not exceed the stated dose. Read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use.
