ABUS KLS114 Door Fitting - Certified Safety with System The ABUS KLS114 protective fitting with double-sided door handle provides reliable protection for interior doors, room doors as well as apartment doors in apartment buildings. It is suitable for doors with a door thickness of 37-47mm and can be mounted on both left and right handed doors. The multi-layer construction of metal lower plate and light metal deck plate in combination with integrated tear-off protection offers increased resistance to burglary attempts. The tear-off protection, consisting of sturdy cams plus an inner screw connection, prevents the cylinder from being forcibly removed. Thanks to the standardised distance of 72 mm between the handle and cylinder (spacing) as well as an 8 mm square pin, the fitting is compatible with many door models and is easily replaceable. The assembly is structured with the help of the enclosed drilling template and the included mounting material. The protective fitting meets the requirements according to DIN EN 1906 SK 1 and DIN 18257 ES 0 and is also VdS-approved - for tested safety "Made in Germany" in private living environments.
