HG Protective Coating Satin Gloss Finish (5 litres) is a unique and easy to apply tile finish polymer emulsion for all types of floor tiles, flagstone and slate. After drying, this liquid a natural stone sealer emulsion forms a shiny and wafer-thin, yet extremely protective coating. Perfect for protecting flagstones or other natural stone flooring against wear and tear, as well as acids such as soft drinks and wine, it makes tiles easier to clean and maintain whilst giving your floor a beautifully satin shine. It effectively yet gently protects against wear and damage to the top layer of the tiles, without damaging the natural stone surface. Ideal for use in the hall, dining area, kitchen, conservatory, living room or bathroom, it also features an anti-slip formula and is fast drying for convenience. 1 litre is sufficient for approximately 200 m2 per layer. How to use HG Protective Coating Satin Gloss Finish (5 litre bottle): The surface must be completely clean and free from grease and dust. 1. The glue/paste and grout of new floor must be completely cured and dry. This usually takes 4-6 weeks of drying. 2. Do not shake before use and preferably apply with a wax spreader (see bottle neck label on the front). It is also possible to use a lint-free, clean towel wrapped around a squeegee. On rough surfaces use a (long-pile) paint roller. 3. Pour the tile finish liquid onto the floor and apply evenly in straight lanes and in one direction. Do not use circular motions or pressure. 4. Once the product has dried (after about 40 minutes), a second layer can be applied in the opposite direction onto the first layer.
