This Faithfull open drum cable reel has a 50m cable lengths with a 1.5mm cable diameter, and complies with BS5733 standards. All Faithfull reels feature a sturdy steel frame construction with carry handle for easy movement around the worksite or home. They come with two outlet sockets to run one or more power tools, etc. The sockets are protected with spring-loaded protection flaps to keep unwanted debris out when not in use and a winding knob for easy and tangle free reel-in. NOTE: all cable reels should be fully unwound before they are used to carry a full load--this will help the cable to keep cool and not overheat. Fully unwound, it is 110 volt 1760 watt (16 amps). Fully wound, it is 330 watt (6 amps) The cable is also available in a 25 m 1.5 mm version or a 25 m 2.5 mm heavy-duty version for larger site applications.
