All cookers: The Carbon Plus De Buyer range requires cooking from the first use. It is suitable for all types of cookers, including induction.
MAINTENANCE: Deglaze and rinse with hot water, dry and then lightly oil the pan before storing in a dry place. It is important not to use detergents or put in the dishwasher.
