Description

A rigid, well-designed trammel for creating, tearing and measuring distances and circles. The top of the beam is flattened so that the trams do not turn on tightening by pressing the points. The trams are held in place by the police freewheel, which prevents them from slipping when the mother is released for tuning. A tram has a fine adjustment screw for points. Each tram has a turbulated swivel handle above, which rotates freely, making it very comfortable to swing the tool when tearing circles. 3" points can be adjusted to length in spring loaded rods and can be easily replaced by measuring leash feet or other fasteners. The ballpoint pen with 3" holder allows you to work with holes with a diameter of up to 1-1/2". A pair of 7.5cm measuring caliper points are included with the trammel.
