Cookware from the Carbon Plus range made of thick white steel sheet: rapid temperature rise, even heat distribution. REACHES HIGH TEMPERATURES - Enables Maillard reaction. Natural adhesion: gradual baking of the pan, the more it is used, the less it sticks. Riveted and ventilated stainless steel tube handle: wide handle for ergonomic hold; cool handle Tip: preheat with little fat. Burn before first use. Care: Wipe with water, rinse with warm water, dry and lightly oiled. Store in a dry place. Do not use cleaners and do not wash in dishwasher. Suitable for all types of cookers, including induction.
