Portwest FW11 Steel Leather Ankle Boot Water Resistant Upper Padded Collar

Portwest FW11 Steel Leather Ankle Boot is safety footwear designed for construction, warehouse, logistics and general industrial work. Its full-grain leather upper is the most hard-wearing leather grade and is made to hold its shape as the boot ages. The black ankle boot design combines durable leather with a hardwearing dual-density PU/TPU sole for everyday site and workplace use. The water-resistant upper helps prevent water penetration when working around damp conditions. A padded collar provides added comfort around the ankle and helps reduce rubbing against the ankle bone over a long shift. The angled top line is shaped to improve fit and leg flexibility, allowing the ankle to flex forward without the collar digging in. A back pull-tab helps make the boot easier to put on. Underfoot, the dual-density sole uses two layers with different hardness. The softer cushioning layer sits against the foot, while the harder-wearing outer layer is built for durability. The outsole is slip resistant, while the footwear is anti-static and includes an energy-absorbing seat region. These practical details support workers spending extended periods on their feet across varied industrial environments. Protection is provided by a 200 joule steel toecap, which meets the full impact rating tested under EN ISO 20345. A pierce-resistant steel midsole helps protect the underside of the foot from workplace hazards. The FW11 is certified to EN ISO 20345:2022 S3 SR and is CE certified. The S3 specification is commonly called for on construction sites, making this a practical choice where site safety requirements specify this footwear classification. This Portwest ankle boot is supplied in a black colourway and is suited to workers needing leather safety footwear for routine industrial tasks. It pairs a structured full-grain leather upper with comfort-focused ankle detailing and a durable PU/TPU sole construction.
