ADJUSTABLE KNOB — The grind control knob on the head of each mill can be twisted to create your precise balance of flavor. Adjust to obtain the preferred grind size. The tighter the knob, the finer the grind. The two-stage grinding mechanism first effortlessly cracks and then grinds the peppercorns and salt crystals to the desired coarseness

PRECISION GRIND — Through two centuries of experience, we have expertly engineered each mill and mechanism specifically for the consistency and shape of peppercorns and salt crystals. Make sure to fill each one with the correct spice for optimum use. We make the pepper gears from case hardened steel that is finished with a patented treatment to prevent corrosion and rust

READY TO SEASON — Our salt mills come partially filled with Cristaux de sel blanc d'Allemagne, a dry white salt from Germany, and our pepper mills with Tan Hoi black pepper from Vietnam (refill cubes are available from Peugeot). Fill with peppercorns (max size -inch/6mm) and dry salt only (max size ⅙-inch/4mm) — do not use sea salt.
