They have been tanned keeping harsh chemical use to a minimum. This is continually tested and approved by adept environmental institutes. The skins have been shorn down to approx. 30 mm and are golden yellow. The skins have not been dyed - their colour has developed during the tanning process. They are free from harmful substances. The medicinal lambskins can be maintained easily as their self-cleaning properties are activated when hung outside into the fresh air. Additionally, they are washable up to 30 °C with our special sheepskin detergent.
