It has a solid cast stainless steel riveted handle and lid knob. It is easy to pour with a folded and crushed edge. It also includes capacity markings. The 7mm encapsulated base provides even heat distribution, which helps prevent the burning of food. It is suitable for all hob types including gas, induction, ceramic, radient ring, hot and solid plate. It is also suitable for use under the grill and in the oven.
