The combination squat platform and calf block has a weight capacity of 2000 pounds and a non-slip surface. The 2-bolt assembled squat block features a solid steel frame and a welded carrying handle. At 26 inches long the squat rack allows you to elevate heels for a better balance so you can better target the calf muscles. The Body-Solid Calf Squat Block (SCB26) measures 26 x 18 x 6.5 inches (L x W x H). It is commercial rated backed by the Body-Solid In-Home Warranty and Commercial warranty.
