Description

The McDonnell Douglas F-15 Eagle is now considered one of the greatest jet fighters in the world. Ever since its maiden flight in July 1972, this record breaking machine has been a yardstick for jet fighter design. Powered by two Pratt & Whitney F100-PW-100 Turbofan engines are capable of reaching speeds in the Mach 2.5 series.

Tamiya branded ready-to-assemble plastic precision static model kit. It is supplied unpainted and is ideal for model makers and painters!

Required to complete: cement, paint and finishing supplies.

First deployed to units in 1979, the F-15C Eagle subsequently showcased its air superiority prowess during the 1991 Gulf War. This kit recreates this fighter complete with cockpit and radar details. The canopy may be assembled in either open or closed position, and the intakes may be assembled in either full-up or down positions. Metal landing gear legs, ample ordnance, one pilot figure, and three marking options are also included.

Supplied in card box retail style packaging, it is an ideal model kit for the keen hobbyist to assemble and paint.
