HOW IT WORKS - The Taylor's Eye Witness Classic Chantry Knife Sharpener reproduces the action of a butcher's steel. It automatically ensures the correct edge angle is applied and equally sharpens both sides of the blade. The steels revolve under tension and do not wear away the blade. The sharpener can be used from either side and either left or right handed. A top choice for at-home cooks and professional chefs. After prolonged use you may need to fit replacement steels.

HOW TO USE - Before use, wipe the knife blade to ensure the Sharpener remains clean. Draw the knife between the steels as if slicing bread, using enough pressure to engage the steels. Very dull knives may require a more vigorous action. For best results, use the Chantry Knife Sharpener frequently, preferably each time the knife is used.
