Developed in 1966, Monel Flatwound strings are ideal for a deep, warm, rich and classic bass sound.

The premium alloy Monel has tonal and haptic advantages over the flat wire strings of other manufacturers. Consisting of about 2/3 nickel, 1/3 copper and 2% iron, the strings have a high tensile strength and are resistant to corrosion, salt and acids.
