Therefore, a new thinking on pragmatic essentials of cooperation in the management of oil resources is imperative to end oil related wars and conflicts. This dream possibility of energy cooperation very much like, Victor Hugo’s dream brought into reality with the formation of the European Union which many doubted in his day, is a great example for building unity out of the ashes of conflict is exemplary as the Author believes in the possibility of one common vision for promoting the mutual interest of all energy consuming and producing nations in a cooperative order to achieve a globally common energy security future with peace
