About the Author 1. Chengpeng Hao He is currently a professor at the Institute of Acoustics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). His research interests are in the fields of statistical signal processing, array signal processing, and radar/sonar engineering. He is an author or coauthor of more than 100 scientific publications in international journals and conferences. His research has earned him a number of awards, including the Outstanding Achievement Honor in Science from CAS and the Chinese State Advanced Science and Technique Second Prize. He is a senior member of IEEE. He currently serves as Associate Editors for IEEE Access, EURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing (Springer) and Signal, Image and Video Processing (Springer). 2. Danilo Orlando He is currently a professor at Universitàdeglistudi Niccolò Cusano. His main research interests are in the field of statistical signal processing with radar/sonar applications.
