About the Author Dr. Da Lu, Assistant Researcher, postdoctoral fellow at School of Law, Wuhan University. Dr. Da received the CSC scholarship for his master and doctoral studies in Visegrad States (Slovakia and Hungary). Dr. Da’s research interests cover comparative constitutional law, China and Eastern Europe relations.
