Zhang Youguo has a Ph. D in Economics and works at the Institute of Quantitative & Technical Economics at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. His main research areas include Computable General Equilibrium and the application of import and output model in economic-energy-environment policies. Responsible for two major projects of the CASS, he has published over 10 papers in authoritative economics journals at home and abroad.  About the Author Zhang Youguo has a Ph.
