It also discusses advancements in various MEMS/NEMS based technologies and their applications in energy conversion and storage devices. He was a Visiting Faculty at the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand in 2015. His research interests include micro, nano, and precision manufacturing processes with a focus on applications of lasers in manufacturing, thin-wall machining, single point diamond turning, CAD/CAM, and manufacturing automation. Prof. Joshi published more than seventy research articles in journals of international repute and conferences.
