About the Author Prof. Shrikrishna Nandkishor Joshi is an Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati, India. He was a Visiting Faculty at the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand in 2015. His research interests include micro, nano, and precision manufacturing processes with a focus on applications of lasers in manufacturing, thin-wall machining, single point diamond turning, CAD/CAM, and manufacturing automation. Prof. Joshi published more than seventy research articles in journals of international repute and conferences.
