About the Author Weidong Chen, Doctor of Law, is Second Professor, School of Law, Renmin University of China, and Doctoral Tutor. He is also the Director of the Research Center of Procedure System and Judicial Reform of Renmin University of China and the Director of the Teaching and Research Department of Procedure Law of Law School.
