About the Author Will W. K. Ma received his Ph.D. from the University of Hong Kong. He is currently the Head of the Learning Commons, Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi). Dr. Ma’s research focuses on the use of information systems for communication, knowledge sharing and knowledge creation. He was awarded the Publons Peer Review Awards 2017 to the top 1% of the world's Social Sciences reviewers. He is the President of the HKAECT and has served as co-Editor of the Journal of Communication and Education. Kar-wai Tong has had multi-disciplinary exposure to education, health care and law.
