About the Author GOH Bee Chen A former Malaysian Rhodes Scholar, GOH Bee Chen is Professor of Law and Director of the Judge-in-Residence Program, School of Law and Justice, Southern Cross University, Australia. Bee Chen has recently been a Visiting Professor at the Chiang Mai University Faculty of Law in Thailand. She is a Director and Fellow of the Australian Academy of Law, Fellow of Cambridge Commonwealth Society and Fellow of the Society for Advanced Legal Studies in London. Besides Organics regulatory framework, Bee Chen’s current collaborative research project deals with Law and Theatre. Her scholarly interests include Mediation and ADR, especially on Cross-Cultural (Sino-Western) Dispute Resolution and International Law of Peace.
