Examples are nonstandard numbers and their arithmetics, fuzzy numbers and their arithmetics, hypernumbers and their arithmetics, surreal numbers and their arithmetics, computable numbers and their arithmetics, non-Diophantine arithmetics, and computer arithmetics, to mention but a few.
