Product Description This volume represents the proceedings of the 3rd Eurasian Conference on Educational Innovation 2020 (ECEI 2020). About the Author <p><strong>Dr Charles Tijus</strong> had worked for two years on visual perception with Adam Reeves (Vision Lab, Northeastern University, Boston, USA) as a research assistant. Charles Tijus is the Director of the Cognitions Humaine et Artificielle Laboratory, founded with M Bui and F Jouen the, CHArt, a Cognitive Science laboratory (Problem Solving, Understanding, Robotics and Cognitive Ergonomics) and with D Boullier a new cognitive ergonomics Living LAB laboratory, ""Laboratoire des Usages des Techniques d'Information Numériques"" (LUTIN), which is an ""USERLAB"" (something like the Audience Research Facility, Boston), located at the "" Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie"", La villette. Charles Tijus developed a contextual categorization based approach in order to study the cognitive processes of understanding: Thinking, Reasoning, Decision-making and Learning in early child development and adults. Charles Tijus was one of the 2014 IBM Faculty Award Recipient.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Dr Teen-Hang Meen</strong> was born in Tainan, Taiwan on Aug. 1, 1967. He received his BS degree from Department of Electrical Engineering, National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Tainan, Taiwan in 1989, MS and PhD degree from Institute of Electrical Engineering, National Sun Yat-Sen University (NSYSU), Kaohsiung, Taiwan in 1991 and 1994, respectively. He was the chairman of the Department of Electronic Engineering from 2005 to 2011 in National Formosa University, Yunlin, Taiwan. He received the excellent research award of National Formosa University in 2008 and 2014. Currently, he is a distinguished professor of the Department of Electronic Engineering, National Formosa University, Yunlin, Taiwan. He is also the president of International Institute of Knowledge Innovation and Invention (IIKII) and the chair of IEEE Tainan Section Sensors Council. He has published more than 100 SCI and SSCI papers in recent years.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Dr Chun-Yen Chang</strong> is a science education scholar in Taiwan. Currently, he serves as National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) Chair Professor, Director of Science Education Center (NTNU), Professor of the Graduate Institute of Science Education and the Department of Earth Sciences (NTNU). Dr Chang's major research interests include science education, e-Learning, interdisciplinary science learning and science communication. Dr Chang has authored and co-authored more than 100 articles, most of which nearly 90% articles are indexed in the Science/Social Science Citation Index (SCI/SSCI) database. Countries, such as the USA, UK, France, Turkey, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Oman, India, Germany, Sweden, Slovenia, Montenegro, Republic of Macedonia, Italy, Bulgaria, China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Inner Mongolia, Turkey, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Oman and India, continue to invite Dr Chang as a keynote/feature speaker.
