His research interests are Legal Education and Bar Practice, Legal Theory and Remedies.Dr. Ernest Owusu-Dapaa is Vice Dean and Head of Department of Commercial Law, Faculty of Law, Kwame Nkrumah University, Kumasi, Ghana. His research interest is Medical Ethics, Commercial Law and Professional Responsibility Law. He is an active member of the Ghana Bar Association and Partner, ODLA Attorneys, Kumasi.Dr. Ayuba Giwa is a Senior Lecturer, Faculty of Law, Delta State University, Abraka, Oleh Campus; Principal Partner, AO Giwa & Associates, Warri. He was the pioneer Acting Head of Department of Jurisprudence, Delta State University. He was one of the six persons recommended for direct appointment from the Nigerian Bar Association in 2017 to the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
