This publication is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. About the Author Gracienne Lauwers, Lic. Iur., Lic. Arts. (Belgium), Ph.D. Law (Netherlands) is professor of Law at the Universities of Brussels and Vytautas Magnus. She held and holds various visiting professorships including Trento, Vilnius, Moscow and Tirana. For several years she serves as director of the European Association for Education Law and Policy and served as the Director of the Interuniversity Centre for Education Law. She currently chairs the module 'European Education Law' at the Law Faculty of Vytautas Magnus University (Lithuania). She has published widely on issues of education law and policy.
