About the Author Dr Crina Baltag is Senior Lecturer in Law and LLM Course Coordinator at University of Bedfordshire, Visiting Lecturer at Queen Mary University of London and Visiting Fellow of the IALS, University of London. She sits as arbitrator in international arbitration cases and she is the acting Editor of the Kluwer Arbitration Blog and co-managing Editor of ITA Arbitration Report. Sherlin Tung is California and New York (U.S.A.) qualified attorney. She is currently a Senior Associate with CMS Hasche Sigle where she is a member of the international disputes practice group in Hong Kong. Fabricio Fortese is a dispute resolution lawyer that has practised for several years in Buenos Aires and London. He has been involved in ADR, litigation, and in arbitration of international disputes under some of the major arbitration institutions.
