Description
This volume presents the edited Proceedings of the 13th International Conference on Fluid Sealing held in Brugge, 7-9 April, 1992. The overall theme of the contributions is the improvement of sealing reliability and effectiveness. Emission control is a critical function in plant, equipment, machinery and transportation systems. Increasingly it is becoming the focus of legislation to control environmental contamination.
