Prof. Dr. Stephan Kirste is President of the German Section of the International Society for the Philosophy of Law and Social Philosophy. He holds the Chair for the Philosophy of Law at the University of Salzburg and is a member of the Faculty of the Institute for Law of the State, Constitutional Law and the Philosophy of Law at the University of Heidelberg.
