About the Author Prof. K. Venkata Reddy is presently Professor and Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering in Chadalvada Ramanamma Engineering College, Tirupathi. He has vast experience as Workshop Superintendent in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Sri Venkateswara University College of Engineering, Tirupathi. He received his B.E (Mech) degree from Dr. Algappa Chettiar College of Engineering and Technology, Karaikudi (Tamilnadu) and M.E. degree from Regional Engineering College, Tiruchi. He served in PSG Industrial Institute, Coimbatore and Regional Engineering College, Tiruchi. He has 38 years of teaching and industrial experience. He is also author of "Workshop Practice Manual" for B.Tech Course published by BS Publications, Hyderabad.
