Tous ces dispositifs constituent à présent le nouveau paysage européen de la sécurité intérieure. Et pourtant ils sont méconnus du grand public, voire des praticiens de la sécurité intérieure eux-mêmes. Cet ouvrage a précisément pour but de décrypter les instruments et les méthodes d'entraide entre les services de sécurité intérieure des États membres de l'Union européenne. Il décortique leur fonctionnement pour décoder ce paysage complexe et sans cesse mouvant. Il analyse minutieusement ces différents mécanismes de collaboration, en portant un regard critique sur l'état actuel du droit et des pratiques. Enfin, l'ouvrage tente de comprendre le paysage tel qu'il est actuellement, mais aussi tel qu'il sera dans quelques années.
