Mónica Jato, Dotora en Filosofía y Letras, (1999), Michigan State University, es Senior Lecturer en Estudios Hispánicos en la Universidad de Birmingham. Ha publicado monografías, ediciones críticas y numerosos artículos. De entre sus ensayos destaca El lenguaje bíblico en la poesía de los exilios españoles de 1939 (2004).
