In Indien ist Soja (Glycine max L.) eine wichtige Kulturpflanze, aber Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. glycines verursacht in Vidarbha, Maharashtra, schwere Welkeverluste. Chemische Fungizide sind schädlich, resistenzanfällig und oft unwirksam. In dieser Studie wurde ein umweltfreundliches Management mit einheimischen Trichoderma spp. untersucht. Dreißig rhizosphärische Bodenproben ergaben 25 Isolate, die unterschiedliche Kolonie- und Sporenmerkmale aufwiesen. In Doppelkultur hemmten TR2, TR3 und TR23 Fusarium stark (71-78%) durch Hyphenaufrollung und Mykoparasitismus. Die molekulare Analyse identifizierte Trichoderma asperellum als dominant, mit wenigen T. harzianum und T. koningii. Bioformulierungen wurden mit Trägerstoffen hergestellt; Formen auf Talkbasis hielten nach 180 Tagen >35 × 10⁶ KBE/g. Gewächshausversuche mit Sojabohnen JS-335 zeigten, dass TR2 die Welke von 91,5 % auf 28,3 % reduzierte (69 % Kontrolle), vergleichbar mit Carbendazim, während TR3 und TR23 ebenfalls wirksam waren. Trichoderma verbesserte die Keimung, das Wachstum und die Wuchskraft. Enzymtests bestätigten die Induktion einer systemischen Resistenz (höhere PO, PPO, PAL). Somit bietet das einheimische T. asperellum, insbesondere TR2, eine nachhaltige Alternative zu Fungiziden, die das integrierte Krankheitsmanagement und den umweltfreundlichen Sojabohnenanbau in Vidarbha unterstützt.
