Description

Les nanoparticules d'oxyde de fer sont des particules d'oxyde de fer dont le diamètre est compris entre 1 et 100 nanomètres environ. Les deux formes principales sont la magnétite (Fe3O4) et sa forme oxydée, la maghémite (γ-Fe2O3). Ils ont suscité un grand intérêt en raison de leurs propriétés superparamagnétiques et de leurs applications potentielles dans de nombreux domaines. Parmi les différentes méthodes de synthèse chimique des oxydes métalliques, le procédé sol-gel offre plusieurs avantages par rapport aux autres méthodes, notamment une bonne homogénéité, un faible coût et une grande pureté. Dans cette thèse, des nanoparticules de magnétite pure ont été synthétisées avec succès par la méthode sol-gel combinée à un recuit à une température de 200-400 ᵒC en utilisant du nitrate de fer et de l'éthylène glycol comme matériaux de départ. La méthode de diffraction des rayons X (XRD), UV/VIS, TG/DTA, les techniques de caractérisation SEM et TEM, EDS, l'analyseur de la taille des particules (DLS) et VSM ont été utilisés pour obtenir les propriétés des nanoparticules. L'une des applications des nanoparticules de Fe3O4 est le traitement de l'eau. Le rouge Congo est un colorant disazoïque anionique à base de benzidine. Il est toxique pour de nombreux organismes. Il est utilisé dans différentes industries. Les nanoparticules de magnétite ont été employées pour éliminer le CR et utilisées comme adsorbant efficace dans le traitement des eaux usées.
