This study therefore, unveils Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as a global striving procedure of quick justice delivery system that its final outcomes or rulings always end in a win/win for both parties with a flexible approach and tendency for a continuous harmonious relationship. Unlike litigation process with a winner and loser as its final outcome.
