The humanised educational proposal for nursing graduates: Humanised care in nursing

Humanised care and nursing assistance provide an essential foundation in the provision of care and maintenance of health in its different aspects, fostering a harmonious and healthy relationship between the characters involved in the health-disease process. The aim of this work is to establish a close relationship between teaching practice and the full professional practice of nursing graduates, promoting the humanised practice now transmitted and improved in the academic environment through humanised teaching under a holistic view of care, and thus promote this experience acquired in academic training in professional environments in order to perpetuate humanisation in actions and conduct within the ethical and care precepts of nursing care.
