Диагноз "сахарный диабет 1 типа" (СД1) влияет не только на физиологическое, социальное и психологическое состояние детей, но и на семейное окружение и, в частности, на их родителей или основных опекунов. Среди многочисленных осложнений СД1 наиболее распространенным является гипогликемия. Частые или тяжелые гипогликемии у детей связаны с психологическими нарушениями, а также могут привести к развитию страха гипогликемии (СГ), который описывается как барьер, влияющий на достижение терапевтических целей и приверженность лечению со стороны детей и семьи. Важно выявить и измерить этот феномен у родителей, чтобы разработать вмешательства, уменьшающие этот страх и улучшающие контроль заболевания у детей и качество жизни семьи. Общая цель данного исследования заключалась в валидации Опросника страха гипогликемии для родителей (HFS P) на испанском языке в качестве инструмента для выявления МГ у отцов, матерей и лиц, ухаживающих за детьми с СД1. В качестве методологии использовалась культурная адаптация инструмента и последующий анализ его психометрических свойств в целевом контексте.
